Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the agreement between you ("User") and Yağız Karabulut ("Provider") regarding use of the ParaSende mobile app, web admin panel and related website ("the Service"). By using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

ParaSende is a mobile + web software for small and medium wholesale/retail businesses to manage products, customers, invoices, credit-sales debt and reports in one place. The Service is free; there are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or locked premium content.

2. Account creation and approval

• To create an account, fill in business name, full name, email and password in the mobile app sign-up screen.
• New accounts are reviewed by an admin to prevent fraud and abuse; approval normally completes within the same business day.
• You must be 18+ to create an account.
• You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
• You are responsible for all activity from your account; keeping the password safe is your responsibility.

3. Free of charge — no in-app purchases

The Service is free of charge to end users. There are no monthly/yearly subscriptions, plans, add-on modules, per-user fees or in-app purchases (IAP). We display no third-party ads and do not sell user data.

4. User responsibilities

• Use the Service only for lawful, legitimate business purposes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of the data you enter (customer information, invoice records, etc.). If you process customer data, the corresponding GDPR / Turkish DPL obligations are yours; we operate only as a data processor.
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights, is misleading or unlawful.
• Do not endanger the security, integrity or infrastructure of the Service.

5. Prohibited uses

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or deletion:

• Attempting unauthorized access (including unauthorized penetration testing).
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.
• Accessing APIs in a way that creates an automated / excessive load (DoS).
• Uploading spam, malware or phishing content.
• Marketing unlawful products or services.
• Reverse engineering or claiming rights over the source code outside the bounds of any applicable open-source license.

6. Intellectual property

• The ParaSende brand name, logo, interface design and all related IP rights belong to the Provider.
• Content you upload (product images, business data, etc.) remains your property. The Provider only processes such content to deliver the Service to you.
• These Terms grant you only a limited, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Service.

7. Changes and continuity

The Provider may add, change or remove features from time to time; notable changes are announced on this site and inside the app. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; maintenance, updates or infrastructure issues may cause short outages.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages (loss of profit, data loss, business interruption, etc.).
• The Provider's total liability for all claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to 100 Turkish Liras.
• These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law (gross negligence, willful misconduct, etc.).

We minimize data-loss risk with daily, four-layer backups (EBS, local pg_dump, S3, EBS snapshots — see Privacy Policy), but we recommend that you keep an independent copy of your data as well.

9. Data deletion and termination

• You may delete your account any time (in-app, web panel or via support email). Details: Account & Data Deletion.
• If you violate these Terms, the Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.
• If the Provider discontinues the Service entirely, at least 30 days' notice will be given so you can export your data.

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always on this page; material changes are announced before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes arising out of the Service shall be subject to the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.
