Account & Data Deletion

This page explains step by step how to delete your ParaSende account and your business's data, exactly what gets deleted, and how long the process takes. In line with Apple App Store and Google Play policies, account deletion can be requested through three independent channels.
1. Three ways to delete your account
A. From the mobile app (recommended — compliant with App Store and Play Store policies)
- Open the ParaSende mobile app and sign in.
- Open the "My account" tab from the bottom menu.
- Tap "Delete my account" at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm the request on the confirmation screen; you are signed out.
- Your request is processed server-side and a confirmation email is sent.
B. From the web admin
- Open toptanperakende.online/#/y/giris in any browser.
- Sign in with the email and password used in the mobile app.
- Open "My account" from the left menu.
- Click "Delete my account and all my data" at the bottom.
- Type your email in the confirmation dialog and confirm.
C. By email
- Email destek@toptanpanel.com.
- Subject: ParaSende Account Deletion
- Include: your account email, your business name, and any extra requests (e.g. data export).
- Send from your registered email to make verification easier; we may send a second verification email.
- After confirmation, the deletion process begins.
2. What gets deleted and when

3. Exceptions — what is not deleted
- Records under legal retention obligations (e.g. correspondence about payment disputes) may be kept for the period required by law.
- Fully anonymized aggregate statistics that cannot be linked back to a person may be retained.
- Minimal log records strictly necessary to prevent fraud or abuse may be retained briefly.
4. Exporting your data first
You can request a copy of your data before deletion. Email destek@toptanpanel.com with subject "Data Export Request". Your data is sent back in CSV / JSON format (usually within 3 business days).
5. Cancelling the deletion
Deletion is reversible within the first 24 hours. Reply to the same email thread with "Cancel" to stop the process. After 24 hours, the data is permanently scheduled for removal and cannot be recovered.
6. Sign out vs. delete account
- Sign out: closes the session on this device only; your data stays on the server.
- Delete account: signs you out on every device and removes all server data per the timelines above.
