This Cookie Policy explains how cookies, local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) and similar technologies are used in the ParaSende mobile app, web admin panel and the toptanperakende.online website.

1. TL;DR

We use no marketing or tracking cookies. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no ad re-targeting. Only a handful of strictly technical items are used to keep the app working.

2. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small piece of data a website places on your device through your browser. Cookies help recognize you on subsequent visits or remember preferences. In mobile apps the same role is played by "local storage."

3. Technologies we use

4. Cookies we do NOT use

Advertising cookies (DoubleClick, Facebook Pixel, TikTok, Google Ads, AdSense, etc.) — none.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Plausible, Segment, etc.) — none.
Social media cookies (Facebook Like, Twitter button, etc.) — none.
CRM / re-marketing trackers — none.

5. Third-party cookies

ParaSende does not allow third parties to set cookies through the site. The mobile app contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

6. Managing your cookie preferences

From the browser: Delete or disable cookies from your browser settings. Doing so signs you out — you'll need to sign in again.
From the mobile app: Clear ParaSende's storage from your device's system settings. The saved session is cleared — sign in again.
From your account: Delete your account to remove all server-side data within 14 days and backups within 30 days. See Account & Data Deletion.

7. Policy updates

When this Cookie Policy changes, the "Last updated" date is bumped. If a new technology needs to be added (e.g. opt-in analytics), it will be announced on this page first and your consent will be requested.
